Anonymous: If you are having trouble with reducing 'the pouch' in you stomach you could try going on a cleanse. Some of that might be water weight. And do alot of ab workouts. Always keep your abs tight when working any other part of your body as well, it helps you develop a stronger core. Plus standing up straight not only help your posture but also your abs.
